1. Introduction

Welcome to Vipgez.com, operated by Vipgez Travel Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking a service through our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All airport transfer bookings are made via our online platform. A reservation is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.

3. Use of Licensed Third-Party Providers

While Vipgez facilitates the booking and payment process, all airport transfer services are carried out by licensed third-party transportation providers. These providers are responsible for the execution, punctuality, and safety of the transfer. Vipgez does not own, operate, or control any vehicles or drivers.

4. Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Prices are displayed in local currency and include VAT or applicable taxes, if relevant. Vipgez reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Booking Timeframes and Limitations

• Istanbul and Antalya: Minimum 120 minutes before scheduled time
• Other cities and Cyprus: Minimum 360 minutes before scheduled time

Vipgez may adjust these lead times based on demand and operational considerations.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking for a full refund if done at least 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 60 minutes are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your provider.

7. Personal Data & GDPR Compliance

Vipgez complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data collected during booking may include your name, contact info, nationality, and ID/passport number. This data is securely shared with licensed service providers and local authorities only when required for operational and legal compliance.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Vipgez is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third-party transport providers. All service-related issues must be addressed with the operator responsible for executing the transfer.

9. Changes to Terms

Vipgez reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
