Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Conditions

By booking a transfer through Vipgez.com, you agree to the cancellation and refund conditions outlined below. This policy is aligned with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and reflects our commitment to transparency and fairness.

2. Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel your booking free of charge if the cancellation is made more than
60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If your booking includes a “Free Cancellation” add-on service, and you cancel within the allowed period, the full amount will be refunded minus the cost of the add-on service.

3. Non-Refundable Cancellations

If the cancellation request is made less than 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, or if the vehicle has already been dispatched, the payment is non-refundable.

Vipgez is not responsible for cancellations, rescheduling, or delays of passenger flights, visa issues, or other circumstances outside our control. Waiting time is limited to the free time offered per city; extended delays may result in forfeited service.

4. Additional Conditions or Paid Services

If your booking includes specific paid conditions or time-sensitive services, their individual cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation or service voucher.

5. Cancellations by Vipgez or Our Partners

In rare cases such as operational failure, force majeure, or the licensed transport partner’s breach of obligation, Vipgez reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking. In these instances, a full refund will be issued.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request. Our obligation is considered fulfilled once the funds have been debited from our account or the refund instruction has been transmitted to the payment provider (Stripe or PayPal).

The exact time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment system.
